Mrs. Sieglinde Jain, a dedicated Belair trustee and philanthropist, wholeheartedly supports the noble cause of the Rotary Foundation. With her support, the Rotary Foundation undertakes crucial projects in education, healthcare, clean water, and economic development. Ms. Maya Jain, with over 20 years of experience in the event industry, brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our Trust. She is a founder of Tyrian Purple, a NYC-based consulting firm specializing in working with established creative entrepreneurs and luxury event services businesses. Maya's unique perspective, rooted in her Indian-German heritage and cultural sensitivities, allows her to forge strong partnerships and strengthen collaborations. Maya’s professional accomplishments are dedicated to giving back to her community. She volunteers as the New York Chapter Chair for ‘Wish Upon A Wedding’, an organization that grants wedding wishes for couples facing serious illness or life-altering circumstances. Maya also serves as an advisor for ‘VOW’ for Girls, an initiative focused on empowering young girls through education and mentorship.
Maya's commitment to the event industry extends beyond her own ventures. She currently holds the position of Vice President for the ‘Wedding International Professionals Association (WIPA)’ New York chapter, in 2023, actively contributing to the growth and development of industry professionals. Maya's academic achievements include a BS in Business from the London School of Economics and Event Marketing from NYU. Her expertise and contributions have been recognized by reputable publications, with features including esteemed New York Times. As a Patron, Maya Jain is deeply committed to our charitable trust's mission and values. Her extensive experience, diverse background, and unwavering dedication make her an invaluable asset to the Trust.
Rtn. Suresh Gupta, is the founder member and Chairman of the Raw Material Committee of the All India Federation of Plastic Industries. Known for his oratory skills, Mr. Gupta is also a dedicated statesman. His philanthropic efforts extend to eradicating polio, and he, along with the Rotary Club of Delhi Midtown, operates Polio Surgery Centers and Club Foot Surgery Centers in Delhi and other hospitals, providing free treatment. Committed to serving humanity, Mr. Gupta actively participates in various social and philanthropic organizations, willingly taking on projects for the betterment of society.
